Sam Adams was the leader of the Whigs. Johnny began to learn more about the politics of Boston. Rab was a member of the Sons of Liberty. Governor Hutchinson was a Tory. It seems Mr. Lyte “rides two horses”.
What party would your parents belong to and why? Would you have been wearing the Tree of Liberty around your neck? Why or why not?
